This 90min class is about relaxation & ease. It’s structured to help calm the mind, rest the body, & renew the nervous system. Erin will guide you through a body scan while in supported corpse pose & then follow with 4-6 poses which are fully supported with props & held longer. The use of a blanket, eye & body pillows, & essential oils will help you find comfort & calm breathing. The soft music & lighting contribute to bringing balance to the nervous system. Restorative yoga is very beneficial to your health & stress level.
