Bring yourself!

  • Our Yoga classes all are "adaptive", which means while we have set a description and skill level to each class, we will help to make sure you can find your practice within the intended focus of each class.

  • You don't have to be flexible to attend.  We will help you find flexible if that is what you are searching for!

  • Clothes that allow you to try to touch your toes and keep the body tastefully clothed are what we suggest to wear.  "Yoga clothes" are not necessary!

  • We do encourage bare feet to help you find the best grip.

  • We are fully propped, which means we provide mats, blocks, straps, blocks, posters, pillows, blankets, eye pillows, and essential oil based disinfectants. You are welcome to bring your own items, but know it is happily provided for you at all times.

  • We open doors 15 minutes before class.  In an effort to respect busy lives and schedules, we start and end classes on time.

  • We always respect your right to wear a mask.

Wellness Guidelines as of September 12, 2023:

  • IF you have been exposed to someone with COVID-19, have ongoing digestive upsets, undiagnosed coughing and sneezing, have felt extremely run-down for an extended amount of time, or are running a fever, please do not attend our classes while experiencing these symptoms.

  • Classes will be held for four people or more only. Please text us at 402.709.1434 within 2 hours of the scheduled class to let us know you would like to attend. If a space is open, we will confirm your spot via payment through PayPal or Venmo. Should a cancellation be made under two hours of the class time, you will forfeit your payment.

  • Please leave all props and mats in place after your class. We will disinfect them at that time. The room will be heavily saged after each class to clear the air.

  • Masks are always welcome.
