Are you expecting or have just had a baby?
Join yoga teacher Kai-Helin Cooper (RYT 500) at Blue in July and early August for prenatal / postnatal yoga classes. The workshops are specifically targeted for prenatal and postnatal students and suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy, including if you have just had a baby (feel free to bring your newborn along, the classes are breastfeeding/bottle feeding friendly, and we can include mommy-baby yoga if babies are present).
Each class duration is around 60 minutes and includes asana/yoga postures, pranayama/breath work, and ends with a short yoga nidra meditation, which can be especially beneficial for new mommas or mothers to be to ease difficulty to sleep.
The workshops will take place on the following Saturdays at 9 AM: July 20, July 27 and August 3. and August 10. Practice once for $25 or purchase a pass for all four classes for $85.
