Veterans and family members Yoga class – This class is for those individuals and their family who have served to defend and protect our country. Yoga has been shown to increase relaxation, balance, focus, strength, and flexibility as well as decrease stress. We will focus on breath and gentle stretching. This yoga class will include connecting mind and body to help calm the nervous system. Class will end with a relaxation pose.
