Yoga is a complex, yet simple system of health through attention to the body, breath, and mind. Often times, if we don’t understand something, are unsure, confused or nervous we shy away from things that could bring us joy, ease, and wellness! Join Ginger for an hour to learn about a wide variety of thoughts, concepts, and styles of yoga. This program will allow plenty of time for discussion, questions, and explanation. A few of the topics covered will be styles of yoga, breathing techniques, meditation, yoga’s origins, what some of the words and gestures in popular culture mean, why we use mats and wear “yoga “pants”, mindfulness, and more. Enjoy a cup of tea while we spend time together.
